dc.rights	Mit der Einreichung eines Manuskripts bietet der Autor den Herausgebern die Übertragung der Nutzungsrechte, einschließlich des Rechts zur öffentlichen Zugänglichmachung (§ 19a UrhG), das Recht zur Aufnahme in Datenbanken, das Recht zur Speicherung auf elektronischen Datenträgern und das Recht zu deren Verbreitung und Vervielfältigung sowie das Recht zur sonstigen Verwertung in elektronischer Form an. Das in § 38 Abs.4 UrhG niedergelegte zwingende Zweitverwertungsrecht des Autors nach Ablauf von 12 Monaten nach der Veröffentlichung bleibt hiervon unberührt. Translation: By submitting a manuscript, the author offers the editors the transfer of usage rights, including the right to make them publicly available (Section 19a UrhG), the right to include them in databases, the right to save them on electronic data carriers and the right to distribute and reproduce them as well the right to other exploitation in electronic form. The author's mandatory secondary exploitation right after 12 months after publication, as set out in Section 38 (4) of the Copyright Act, remains unaffected.	-
