| Abstract: | This report is based on a programme of studies undertaken full time by the candidate over the period Qctober 1960 to February 1964 for admission to Membership of The College of
Technologists (M.C.T.)
The thesis was submitted in April 1964. The author was admitted to Membership of the College of Technologists on 13 July 1964.
Later changed to Doctor of Philosophy in Chemistry awarded by Brunel University on 25 November 1966. Most of the work was carried out at BX Plastics Ltd. At the Research & Decvelopment facility in Lawford Place, Manningtree and on the large scale using shop floor production equipment a the factory in Brantham. |
