| dc.description.abstract | Summary: UK-wide research by the food bank charity Trussell (2025) found that: Deepening poverty across the UK is evidenced by the proportion of people who struggle to access enough nutritious and varied food. According to the Joseph Rowntree Foundation, the number of people in the UK who are food insecure has increased by 2.8 million between 2021/22 and 2023/24, which amounts to a 60% increase in two years. | en_GB |
