Abstract: | The light emitting properties of a wide variety of Eu3+ doped macro and nanostructures that differ in morphology are considered/discussed along with quantum dots (QDs) and quantum rods (QRs). Features that are important in light emission are considered along with their implications for future phosphor design. |
