Citation: | Seitanidi, M. M. 2005. “Corporate Social Responsibility and the Non-Commercial Sector. What Does Corporate Social Responsibility mean for the Non-Commercial Sector? And is it different from the CSR for businesses?” New Academy Review, Vol. 3, 4: 60-72. |
Abstract: | The paper offers a definition of the noncommercial sector (NCS) and outlines its properties in order to provide a comparison between the social responsibilities of businesses and the non-commercial sector. It suggests that assigning different levels of responsibility to the different categories of organisations within the NCS will assist in defining those responsibilities. |
