This demonstration reports the design of a Real-Time Communication (RTC) system, Cactus, which achieves ultra-low bandwidth demand for high-definition video streaming with good video quality. When abstracting the data transmission paradigms, this demonstration validates exchanging computing resources for communication resources.en_US
