It has been more than six years since the United Kingdom European Union membership referendum, and more than two years since the signing of the EU–UK Trade and Cooperation Agreement. Still, it is not entirely clear how Brexit affected the UK regarding many relevant socio-economic dimensions, such as trade, inflation, or financial services. The almost contemporaneous presence of the covid 19 pandemic made it difficult to isolate the Brexit effect, and precisely measure its impact. The fading of the health emergency, along with the increased availability of data, is now allowing researchers to make progress in this regard. This report contributes to such efforts, by analysing the most recent data on irregular, study-, and work-related migration, describing how Brexit affects the changes in migration flows to the UK.en_US
