Abstract: This is the Framework for Change Report which is one of four documents providing supporting evidence for the Conceptualisation Report of the National Evaluation of the Regional Integration Fund. Three others provide supporting evidence – the Rapid Realist Review of the literature (Tetlow et al., 2024); the Group Concept Mapping report on conceptualising the Regional Integration Fund (Wallace and Wallace, 2024): and the in-depth Scoping Interviews report (Bryer and Bebb, 2024).
