Abstract: | Aiming at the challenge of functional damage caused by model deformation in 3D printing technology, this paper constructs a user demand-oriented deformation prediction model for 4D printing. The model aims to provide a strong theoretical basis for the development of deformation pre-compensation algorithms, thus effectively preventing and solving the performance damage problems caused by model deformation in actual 4D printing applications. This work aims at improving the reliability and practicality of 4D printing models, and ensuring that the final printed model can fully meet the predefined functional and performance standards. The research in this paper provides new perspectives and solutions for the application of 4D printing technology in adaptive design. |
